Girls' club · 70+ girls

The game is theirs too.

More than seventy girls train in a professional, supportive environment — with the same facilities, the same coaches and the same ambitions as everyone else in the club.

Our girls' club

A place where girls grow.

We opened the girls' club in 2023 with a clear idea: girls in Podgorica need a place where they can take basketball seriously, not as an afterthought.

Today more than seventy girls aged 6 to 16 train at the club — in the same gyms, with the same coaching staff and under the same development programme as the boys.

The goal is not just a better player. The goal is a confident young woman who knows what work, team and persistence mean — on the court and off it.

Programme and staff

A serious programme, not a side project.

Work is organised by age group, from 6 to 16 — from the basketball school, where the first steps are built through play, to competitive teams with a clear training plan. Every practice has two coaches, and the development programme is identical to the one our boys' teams follow.

The girls are led by the club's coaching staff — including coaches with experience in women's international basketball. Balša Petrović led Montenegro's junior women's national team at a European Championship, and that experience is part of the daily work with our players.

We compete in the Montenegro Youth League and at tournaments at home and around the region — and the first medals are already in the cabinet: the 2015 generation won silver at the season-ending minibasket tournament in 2026. Results grow from the same foundation as everything at this club: patient, serious work.
